We begin with your priorities, budget and style. What would you love to experience? What do you not want? Which decisions would you like to follow closely, and where do you need support?

The scope is set out in a proposal. Depending on availability and your needs, it can cover the early stages or coordination of particular parts of the wedding.

Bring the elements together

Venue, catering, photography, music, flowers, decoration and stationery should work as a whole. We can help liaise with suppliers, compare proposals, organise deadlines and prepare the timeline.

We also consider less visible details: access, set-up, team communication and alternatives for unexpected changes. Decisions and commitments are clarified with you; planning should make the process easier to understand.

Support on the day

Coordination helps follow the agreed plans and respond to the adjustments a real celebration may need. The aim is to give you more room to welcome people and enjoy being present.

We do not promise a day without any surprises. We offer attentive preparation and care within the agreed scope.
